Customer introduction: The company was established in 2010. A high-tech joint-stock company integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and service. The first batch of medical device products were launched in 2013, and the product obtained CE certification in 2015. In 2016, it was rated as a national high-tech enterprise and a private technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province.
The company is located in Nantong, Jiangsu, covering an area of 100 acres and a construction area of 25,000 square meters. It has a 100,000-level purification production workshop, a product biological/chemical/physical three-index inspection room and a standardized warehousing system for raw materials and finished products. The main products include masks, integrated oxygen tubes, disposable sterile patches, disposable atomized inhalers, etc.

Project overview: Sunnyrack (formerly Zhongyang) intervened in this project in early 2021. After on-site surveying and in-depth communication, we learned that the customer's warehouse is a standard steel structure factory building, 120m* The lowest point of the 32m cornice is also 12m high, but only plastic pallets (L1.2m*D1.0m, L1.2m*D1.1m) are used to store box-type finished products, and a layer is laid flat on the ground. The entire warehouse occupies 3/4 Area only stores less than 1,000 pallets of finished products. The products stored are all finished products, and the packaging is relatively standard. The categories are divided into 4-5 categories. In and out of the warehouse are 8 hours a day and 100 pallets/day. After in-depth communication, sunnyracking technology has made two sets of plans: VNA (very narrow aisle) rack + three-way forklift solution and radio shuttle rack + radio shuttle + reach forklift solution. In the later period, the customer went through actual cases with sunnyracking, and after research, comprehensive evaluation, and discussion, he finally chose the radio shuttle racking of Nanjing Sunnyrack Equipment. After the project was implemented and completed, the customer's needs were finally met and highly recognized by the customer.
